Join the GSR ASEAN Connect marketplace and reach buyers across Southeast Asia. Our approval process ensures a trusted, verified trading environment.

Products are not published automatically

All seller profiles and product listings must be reviewed and approved by our compliance team before appearing in the marketplace. This process protects buyers and maintains the quality of our trading platform. Approval typically takes 1–3 business days.

Seller Onboarding Process

Follow these six steps to get your products listed in the marketplace.

Create Your Account

Sign up for a GSR ASEAN Connect account using your business email address. Verify your email to activate your account.

  • Business email required
  • Email verification sent immediately
  • Account activation within minutes

Choose a Membership Plan

Select the membership tier that suits your business. All plans allow you to list products, with higher tiers offering more listings and priority review.

  • Basic: Up to 10 product listings
  • Professional: Up to 50 listings + priority review
  • Enterprise: Unlimited listings + dedicated support

Complete Your Seller Profile

Fill in your company details, business registration information, and contact details. A complete profile speeds up the approval process.

  • Company name & registration number
  • Business type (farmer, processor, exporter)
  • Contact details & business address
  • Product categories you operate in

Upload Your Products

Add your product listings with detailed descriptions, pricing, certifications, and high-quality images. Each product is reviewed individually.

  • Product name, category & description
  • Pricing & minimum order quantities
  • Certifications (organic, halal, GAP, etc.)
  • Product images & specifications

Admin Review & Verification

Our compliance team reviews your seller profile and each product listing. This typically takes 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email.

  • Profile verification: 1–2 business days
  • Product review: 1–3 business days per batch
  • Email notification on approval or rejection
  • Rejection includes feedback for resubmission

Go Live in the Marketplace

Once approved, your seller profile and products are published in the GSR ASEAN Connect marketplace and become visible to buyers across ASEAN.

  • Profile visible to all registered buyers
  • Products searchable by category & country
  • Receive enquiries directly from buyers
  • Manage listings from your Seller Dashboard

Seller Requirements

To be approved as a seller on GSR ASEAN Connect, you must meet the following requirements.

Valid business registration document

Active business website or social media presence

Relevant product certifications (where applicable)

Ability to export or supply across ASEAN borders

Commitment to accurate product information
